Greetings from the perimeter!
I work in downtown Saint Paul. I will try and give you a daily pictorial of what is happening on the streets within the perimeter and outside the perimeter. The first slideshow is to give you a comparison of a normal street scene between 5:30 and 6:30 pm during a weekday.

Wonder what they have in all the big trucks that have been parked for weeks in the parking lot by the science museum that employess are supposed to be using? Fireworks? Oh right, this isn't the Olympics...
